| General description | • Faster, easier way to remove particulates before HPLC • Replaces syringe filter and autosampler vials with one disposable unit • Process sample load in one-third the time The filtration device is useful for removing particulates from samples. Each pre-assembled unit has a filter membrane on one end of the plunger and a pre-attached cap/septum on the other. Positive pressure forces the filtrate through the membrane as you press the chamber and plunger together. Air escapes through the vent hole until evaporation seal engages, providing an air-tight seal. |
